The App Office reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While The App Office prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that The App Office cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and nonetheless you may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk. The terms of service are governed by UK law and any laws within your jurisdiction.
You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The App Office cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have access to your account). You agree to indemnify The App Office, its parent company and any of its officers from any legal action taken against you as a result of your own use of The App Office platform and the publication of your app.
We do not allow any apps built using our platform for any adult content, drugs or of a sexual nature on our platform. Also, you can not sell music or use any content that would violate Apple’s itunes terms and conditions.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Payments and Refund Terms
A valid credit card is required.
There will be no refunds or credits for setup fees, partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
All fees where applicable are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
The App Office will use commercially reasonable efforts to have the application approved by the appropriate mobile platform provider(s). Although there is a high likelihood of approval, we do not and cannot guarantee acceptance. If your application is denied by the appropriate mobile platform provider you may cancel your account.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. In order to cancel your account, simply email us using your primary email address (account details) in order to cancel your subscription and we will verify your request. You can also stop payments and we will again verify if you genuinely wish to cancel and proceed with your cancellation. Simply cancel your Paypal subscription and we will be notified and the app will remain active until the date your subscription expires or simply contact us to cancel your account. No refunds offered to monthly plans for any reason and we don’t offer credit if you have not used your app.
All of your Content will be deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
If your credit/debit card details expire we will notify you before we take any action and offer you a grace period for you to re-activate your payment details to prevent any disruption to service.
The App Office, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other services of The App Office, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. However, we will give at least 30 days notice if no violation has occurred. If you have violated the service we may give you notice to correct the violation to remedy the issue within 7 days, but we reserve the right to suspend or terminate with little notice if the violation is illegal or constitutes a breach of Apple and Google app store policies.
The App Office reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee Terms
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your mobile application within the first month of service, The App Office guarantees to refund the first month of service with no questions asked. The App Office is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However on occasion, if we offer a free 30 days trial period, this would be that first month you joined and hence is part of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
This guarantee does not apply to months after a full month of service has passed and only applies to the initial month of service with The App Office.
During the first 30 days or after your app is fully completed and not yet published on the app stores you can cancel and ask for a full refund. However, if your app is published on the app stores you can still cancel at any time, but we will not be able to refund any setup costs paid in advance. If your app is unsuccessful in obtaining approval from Apple, we will offer a full refund. This applies to native apps only, not webapps.
The App Office at its discretion will only create demo accounts or apps for business customers interested in the premium and executive packages. Demo apps will not be fully populated with contents and are designed to provide customers with a broad idea of how the app will function. The demo app can only be viewed using the app previewer and will demonstrate most functions. Customers verification will be required to qualify for a demo app. No charge for this service. However, we do now have many live examples that will demonstrate our apps functionality. This applies to native apps only, not webapps.
6 Month-Success Guarantee
See results within 6 months or get an extra 6 months free! The 6 month-success guarantee will be awarded for another 6 months to any business, who has demonstrated that despite their best efforts of promoting the app, it has not attracted any monthly sales via the app if applicable (shopping cart/food ordering) and/or if no customer has made use of the loyalty app feature. We do expect to see some evidence of your app promotion and that the app has been updated. This offer does not apply to any non-commercial business or individual.
